Afflicted Rosemond Alade Brown, a Ghanaian actress and social media star, has said that she has not earned any money from anybody working in her place to collect funds for her whilst she was in jail.
During Akuapem Poloo’s conviction, Comedia DKB and other celebrities launched campaigns to raise funds to help the actress and her son.
Akuapem Poloo says that after she was released from jail, her phone has been inundated with calls from people accusing her of being ungrateful because she refused to repay them for money given to her.
The actress said that she has been taking calls from the United Kingdom and the United States, both from people who are upset with her.
Among them was a lady who named her Maa Alice and introduced herself. According to Akuapem Poloo, the woman said that she gave DKB Ghc 4,000 to be offered to her, but she did not thank her.
Poloo claims that none of the funds made it to her. She made the announcements in a video shared to her Instagram account.
