A Brazilian couple is on the spot after they were caught having mind-blowing sex during a Zoom meeting with Rio de Janeiro City Council.
According to sources, the couple forgot to turn off the camera and jumped to their bedroom affair in the background as the meeting progressed.
As ridiculous as it sounds, the discussion on guaranteeing food for students in the municipality went on despite the scenes being relayed through the video feed.
The said meeting is reported to have started at 10.00am and ran through the next four hours.
This is according to the local media outlets.
The meeting was chaired by a member of the Socialism and Liberty Party, Leonel Brizola.
In a statement, Brizola said the episode was an “involuntary indiscretion” and regretted that the actual topic of the meeting was not being highlighted in media reports.
He also added that as soon as they noticed the saucy couple, they quickly asked their technical staff to cut the segment off the feed.
“As soon as we noticed what was happening, we immediately asked the people controlling the audio and video of the participants to take it off the feed. Us councilors and other participants do not have any input in controlling or editing videos on Zoom.”
It remains unclear whether or not the member of the council was punished.
