19-year-old Australian woman, Sofia Marroquin has been left with a rectangular-shaped head after a surgery-gone-wrong incident.
Reports indicate that she underwent the cosmetic surgery to remove fat from her chin but instead, the procedure resulted in a temporary facial swelling and bruising.
Sofia shared a video on TikTok revealing her “new look” after undergoing a Kybella treatment.

The procedure that left her head in that shape involves a non-surgical injection technique used to reduce excess fat beneath the skin.

“Yep, so just got some lovely needles into my face. My family has absolutely no idea what I’ve just done and I’m about to get their reaction.” She said in the video
Her family members were in shock:
Explaining her new look, Sofia said: “Lots of people have been asking why I made my face look like a rectangle. I didn’t purposefully make my face look like a rectangle.”
“I got a treatment done called Kybella which removes fat from the lower part of your face. People tend to get it for your double chin but I got it in my jowls area.” She said.
She said she was still numb and swollen at the same time,
