Jimal Rohosafi Opens Up On Difficult Health Condition He Has Been Battling Since He Was In Highschool

Jimal Rohosafi has been sharing a lot of himself the past few weeks.

This morning, the father of two shared an update for his fans that touched on a health condition that he had been dealing with over the years.

The prominent businessman said that he had never been able to sleep for more than 5 hours in any one night.
He complained about his problem sleeping,

“I slept at 11:00 pm awake at 2:30 am.”


He noted that he had never slept for more than 5 hours since his time in High school. He then sadly concluded that insomnia was a real issue for him.

“Insomnia is real in my life.”

According to the Mayo Clinic, insomnia is a common sleep disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep, or cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep.

You may still feel tired when you wake up. How much sleep is enough varies from person to person, but most adults need seven to eight hours a night.

Insomnia symptoms may include:

-Difficulty falling asleep at night
-Waking up during the night
-Waking up too early
-Not feeling well-rested after a night’s sleep
-Daytime tiredness or sleepiness
-Irritability, depression, or anxiety
-Difficulty paying attention, focusing on tasks, or remembering

-Ongoing worries about sleep
