Year Of Surprises: Keta SHS Humiliates Pope Johns School In NSMQ

The annual National Science and Maths Quiz is noted for coming along with its thrills and setbacks but this year has even been more thrilling.

The 2020 edition of the most coveted annual educational programme in the country has seen more surprises than it was expected.

The first surprise came when Mfantsipim School were beaten to the pulp by Kumasi Academy in the one-eight stage. The reigning champions of the competition, St. Augustine’s College were also knocked out of the competition yesterday by Accra Academy.

Today also saw a contest between Pope Johns School, Navrongo SHS and Keta SHS. The contest was expected to be a done deal for the boys from Eastern Region but in the end in was the voltarians who emerged as winners.
