The previous Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Inusah Fuseini, has said that the candidate for the position of Special Prosecutor is quite problematic.
As indicated by Inusah Fuseini, Kissi Agyebeng, who has been assigned to take over from Martin Amidu is excessively youthful. He did, notwithstanding, admit to the fact that Mr. Agyebeng is qualified for the Special Prosecutor position.
The remark by the previous NDC MP follows a declaration by Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame that Lawyer Kissi Agyebeng has been named as the Special Prosecutor, subject to the endorsement of Parliament.
