Thomas Amoani, the brilliant but poor youngster from Adeito SHS has begun education in the United Kingdom (UK), as the government promised.
According to a post on the Instagram site Sweet Maame Adwoa, Amoani is studying at Brunel Institution in London, a highly regarded public university in the United Kingdom.
Amoani is shown in photographs ranging from his departure from Ghana to his arrival on college in the post, which was seen by OMGVoice.com.
According to Peacefmonline, Amoani arrived on campus with pleasure and a pledge not to disappoint Ghana, while also thanking President Nana Akufo-Addo.
“I never imagined I will be given such an opportunity by Mr President through the hardworking Registrar. I am very grateful for the confidence reposed in me. I will not fail my country Ghana,” the report quoted him as saying.
