Zari Hassan’s second born son, Raphael Semwanga has opened up on his mother’s relationship with Bongo star, Diamond Platnumz.
The 15 year old revealed for the first time through a virtual interview with one Youtuber’s: Simulizi na Sauti, SNS channel.
According to Raphael, he did not mind his mother, Zari, being with Diamond because there was nothing he could have done about it. Besides, her happiness mattered to him.
“I DID NOT MIND BECAUSE IT IS WHO MY MOTHER CHOSE SO YOU KNOW I CANNOT DO ANYTHING. IF HE WAS MAKING HER HAPPY AT THE TIME, THEN THAT WAS OKAY WITH ME.”
The young YouTuber and basketball lover also revealed that he never really got the chance to interact with his then step-father much whenever he was visiting.
According to him, it is because he was away in boarding school and only came home a few times.
“I WAS IN BOARDING SCHOOL AT THE TIME SO I WOULD ONLY COME HOME A FEW TIMES, I DID NOT SEE HIM THAT MUCH.”
Raphael revealed further that he and Diamond aren’t close and do not talk although he does communicate with his own kids, Tiffah and Nillan.
Zari and Diamond were serving us some couple goals during their short-lived time together.
Out of their relationship that ended abruptly on 2018’s Valentine’s Day, they brought to life a daughter, Tiffah and Nillan.
Zari also has three other sons from her previous marriage to late Ugandan businessman, Ivan Semwanga
