A short search on Ghana Twitter reveals that Ghanaian Hip Hop star, Yaw Tog, is now trending.
One may believe that the VGMA Hip Hop song of the year has published a new song, but that is far from the case.
During an interview on TV3’s New Day Programme, Yaw Tog, better known as Yong Bull, was questioned if his cooperation with British rapper Stormzy had benefitted him or not.
In response, Yaw Tog stated that within the context of Ghana, he had rather made Stormzy popular because many people in Ghana had never heard of Stormzy until he worked with him.
He has since received a lot of backlash for making such comments.
However, a recent video of Yaw Tog circulation suggests the Young Bull is not perturbed by the the whole issue as he was seen drinking Kooko and Koose to tell his haters he doesn’t care about what they think about him.
