Since yesterday, Achimota school has been trending after a young brilliant boy was denied admission to the school for having dreadlocks.
This development has caused a huge debate and attracted a lot of human rights movements who have called on the prestigious school to rescind their decision although there are others who also side with the school.
Following this development, Ghanaian Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has also waded into the issue.
In a tweet, the ‘1 Gad’ hitmaker indicated that he did not see why it was a big deal for people with dreadlocks to be admitted in Ghanaian schools.
After probably thinking about the whole brouhaha about the sacking for a long time, he asked the question:
“May I ask please, what harm does it cause a school from admitting students because of their hair style as Rastafarians?,” on his Twitter timeline.
