Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has said that Shatta Wale and Beyonce’s collaboration was the largest music festival to hit the nation, but Ghanaians failed to take advantage of it.
He stated that the element was so significant that it might have exposed numerous musicians to the worldwide market, but Ghanaians disregarded it.
He claimed that Ghanaians’ drag him down mentality has been the primary agenda harming the music business, comparing how Nigerians present only good pictures of their industry frontlines and attack them in the sight of no one.
Sarkodie, born Micheal Owusu Addo, stated that Ghanaians might have pushed Shatta Wale and Beyonce’s collaboration, but instead criticized the song, which was discussed on both social and conventional media.
Because of the rapper’s explanation of how he lost a valued connection due to bad difficulties, social media people began to discuss the work he performed with a worldwide musician.
What is bigger than what @shattawalegh did with Beyonce? We just want to let that slide? Why? Let's appreciate the achievements of our artistes. – @sarkodie #DaybreakHitz
