A popular Nigerian comedy boy-group, Ikorodu Bois, has been invited to attend the ‘Extraction’ movie premier in Hollywood following their recreation of its trailer that went viral.
Their invitation to Extraction’s second season comes directly from the Russo Brothers, the producers of the movie.
The group of four consists of 3 brothers and their cousin. Muiz, 15, Malik, 10, cousin Fawas Aina, 13 and elder brother 23-year-old Babatunde who is their head of productions and video-editor.
The comedians often target recreating high-end movie and music video productions.
They filmed this new recreation in Lagos’ Ikorodu suburb using the most locally available items.
Extraction features Chris Hemsworth who is hired to rescue an imprisoned drug lord’s son that was abducted by his father’s rival.
Once the ‘Bois’ uploaded the video on Twitter, they tagged Netflix and Hemsworth. They also urged their fans to keep retweeting and sharing until they drew their attention.
