I Used To Sell CDs In Trotro & I Never Got A Single Buyer- Kuami Eugene

In a recent interview, Ghanaian artiste Kuami Eugene told a heartbreaking story about his rise in the Ghanaian music industry.

The self-proclaimed ‘RockStar’ revealed that he used to market his CDs in commercial vans, also known as ‘trotro,’ but that he couldn’t get anybody to purchase one.

Speaking on ‘celebrirty pulpit’, the singer said,

“In the past, I used to sell my CDs in trotro. Nobody is going to buy the CD, but if I do freestyle, they’ll think, ‘Oh, you’re fine.’ Your voice is good, but I will not purchase your CD.”
