#FreeBullDogNow: NDC Mounts Pressure For The Release Of Bulldog On Twitter

Following the news about the alleged arrest of Shatta Wale’s manager,  Bulldog over certain comments he made on UTV’s ‘United Showbiz’ show on Saturday night about President Akufo-Addo, a lot of Ghanaians on social media, who are mostly supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) are pushing for his immediate release.

It was reported earlier that some unknown officers of the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) picked him up and dumped him at their offices at the blind side of his close associates.

These reports were later confirmed by the president of GHAMRO, Rex Omar in an interview with Okay FM just this afternoon.

After reports got a lot of attention online, angry Ghanaians and some NDC supporters on social media, especially Twitter are pushing the hashtag (#FreeBullDogNow) to demand the release of Bulldog from the custody of the NIB.

According to them, Kennedy Agyapong earlier threatened to have former President Mahama’s house burnt and nothing was done to correct him thus it is way out of order for Bulldog to be picked by the police for making such a flimsy statement.
