The ohangla singer’s final journey to his village home in Gem sub-county left relatives and friends more shattered after the hearse carrying his remains was involved in a road accident.
Keshy Aluoch Owuor, a close friend to the late told Tuko.CO that the accident killed one boda boda rider in Lela along Kisumu- Busia road.
She also confirmed that they had removed Ndogo’s body from the mortuary to take him home for a night vigil when the scary happened. ”
It’s a sad situation because Ndogo Jaraha died with his three band members. Then on the eve of his burial, the hearse carrying his body got into another road accident which killed a boda boda rider,” Keshy said
The and friends of the Ohangla singer were thrown into mourning after his sudden death in a grisly road accident on the Nairobi-Kisumu highway.
The news of his death was announced by celebrated Ohangla music producer Wuod Fibi eulogised the fallen musician as a promising young artiste.
He disclosed that Ndogo was involved in an accident on his way back to Kisumu after performing in Nairobi.
We have lost Ndogo Jaraah a promising Ohangla artiste through a road accident. He was on his way back to Kisumu after performing in Nairobi last night. Rest in peace,”
Wuod Fibi wrote.
Ndogo’s accident also claimed the lives of three of his colleagues who were in the same car as him.
