Kenyan socialite Shakilla was recently in the news for all the wrong reasons, once again.
A group of gengetone musicians, Shady Empire, accused her of conning them KSh 20,000, money which she had been paid to appear on their music video as the main video vixen.
The group confirmed they even housed her for a couple of days before she vanished with some of their household items and money.
According to the socialite, her few days stay at the group’s bedsitter traumatised her since it was the worst living environment she has ever lived in.

Shakilla tore into Shady Empire’s living condition holding they should at least move to a one-bedroom house, which is a decent setting for anyone who has not yet made it.
”You need to live in a one bedroom house at least even if you are broke. Or may be a double room but not a bedsitter,” Shakilla said in relations to Sheddy Empire’s living arrangement, while speaking to Milele FM.
Asked about where she currently stays and if she owns a bigger house than the one she was trashing, Shakilla sensationally claimed she is a proud owner of a house located in Kilimani.
The lass alleged she lives in a fully-furnished apartment in Kilimani which is being paid for by her mzungu bae.
According to Shakilla, her mzungu lover coughed over KSh 11 million to buy her the house.
”I live in a two-bedroom house located in Kilimani. It a fully furnished, master ensuite apartment in Kilimani but I am not the one who pays for it. I met someone who paid for it. Actually, he does not pay rent, he bought it for KSh 11 million,” she claimed.
This came just days after Willy Paul called police on her for allegedly trespassing in his Syokimau house.
