A final year student of the Oyoko Methodist Senior High School has passed away after fainting at the examination hall.
It is unclear what the cause of death may be.
But the student, a female, was rushed by school authorities to St Joseph Hospital at Effiduase, where she was pronounced dead.
Medical Director of the St Joseph Hospital Dr David Kupualor confirmed the incident to 3news.com‘s Eastern Regional correspondent Yvonne Neequaye.
Some teachers also corroborated same.
