Montgomery County Police, Maryland, USA on Thursday asked the public to help them find the family members of Comfort Nyarko, a 60-year-old woman who was found dead in her home on Nov. 29. Police said they do not suspect foul play.
Nyarko lived on the 7000 block of Laytonia Drive. Police have not been able to find any family to notify them of Nyarko’s death.
On Monday, Jan. 17, her family had been reached in Ghana and contact made by the US authorities:
“Comfort Nyarko’s family has been identified now. Family members here in the US and in Ghana have been contacted. She used to worship in Ebenezer Methodist Church. May her soul rest in peace,”
authorities responded to the information insisting they are not suspecting foul play in her death.
