The funeral of Ghana’s former president Jerry John Rawlings has been surrounded by quite a number of controversies.
In the face of all these controversies the most popular one is the surfacing of one 52 year old woman named Abigail Mawutor Rawlings claiming to be the daughter of Ghana’s former President.
A newly released photo of the late former president, J.J Rawlings, and his mother, Victoria Agbotui, has sparked a debate concerning the 52-year-old woman claiming to be Rawlings’ first daughter.
The photo has Rawlings’ right arm around the mother’s neck while she smiled brightly in looking into his face. Two Ghanaians who must have made a deeper observation commented that Rawlings’ mother in the photo looks like Abigail, the woman claiming to be a daughter of the late president.

One of them, Hindu Fusein, wrote that Abigail has the same face as Rawlings’ mother.
Another lady, Josephine, also agreed to Hindu’s observation.
