The lockdown has caused for many abnormal things, especially the over-hiking of foodstuffs by market sellers.
An altercation occurred between a Port Harcourt Youth and a lady who hiked prices to three times the price of what it was, before the pandemic.
This lady who sold Garri for N500, increased price to N1500, which angered the Youth and caused him to throw away her foodstuff.
Angry Port Harcourt Youth did this to a market woman for selling Garri above price.
They were upset with what they saw in the market, the lady was selling Garri of 500 for 1500.
