A teacher and his female student have been arrested after they were found locked up inside a house in Makueni.
According to police reports, Kevin Otieno Okumu a Board of Management teacher at Kyase Secondary School, and a 22-year-old Faith Mwende locked themselves in the former’s house.
The two were seen entering Okumu’s rental house by area residents who alerted Yinthungu sub-location assistant chief Christopher Nthiwa at around 9 pm on Monday, March 22.
The area administrator informed police officers who rushed to the scene and found the two adults in their birthday suits.
The police said they found one used and two unused condoms on the teacher’s bed to be used as an exhibit.
Under the bed, there was also a bag belonging to the student containing two pairs of uniforms, a toothpaste, toothbrush, and two books.
