Some Ghanaians have lost their cool over the long queues at various telecommunication operators’ offices for the registration of subscriber Identification Module (SIM) cards.
Ghanaians have taken to Twitter to unleash their anger over photos and videos from the National Identification Authority (NIA) and the telecommunication operator’s offices across the country.
According to the directives from the National Communication Authority (NCA), SIM card registration was supposed to commence on the 1st of October 2021 and will end on the 31st of March, 2022. Subscribers who fail to register their SIM cards with Ghana cards will be disconnected after the 31st of March.
Ghanaians have expressed their frustrations over the ongoing registration.
You could be dying but Vodafone will let you listen to an ad on linking your Ghana card to your number before they put your call through . Smh

Why must citizens go through pain to get everything in this country? Queue for everything and the sad part is this Ghana Card is not even recognised by institutions.
