The Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has won the parliamentary seat for Ofoase-Ayirebi constituency in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The incumbent MP who won with 6,000 plus votes to retain his seat took his social media to thank his constituents for what he referred to as a resounding victory.
Collation of the Presidential and parliamentary election results from the various constituencies are still ongoing.
“Thank God, thank you Ofoase/Ayirebi for growing our margins by 6k extra votes. Most importantly thank you for giving Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo a resounding margin.” Kojo Oppong Nkrumah posted on social media
