Just when we all thought the Serwaa Broni brouhaha was behind us, it has popped up back again with more strength.
This time, a photo is in circulation with an explosive allegation against the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
The photo purports to show the Commander-in-Chief, shirtless, in a room with a woman also alleged to be Serwaa Broni. We have no idea where the photo originated aside from the fact that it’s swirling all over Twitter and other social networks.
For those of you who live under rocks, Serwaa Broni is a Ghanaian lady who some months back came out to claim she has a sort of relationship with President Akufo-Addo. Serwaa Broni released photos showing her with the President in compromising situations.
Her entire allegation was that the President was trying to sleep with her. It sparked a political firestorm at the time as ex-President’s Mahama was thought to be the topmost ‘Papa No’ around.
However, the Serwaa Broni saga threw the name of Akufo-Addo into the conversation as a top ‘Papa No’ himself.
The saga died down but has now been resurrected with the release of this new photo.
