A mother and a daughter have been arrested for dancing atop a grave of an Evangelical cleric who was buried at Roura area in South Mugirango on Friday.
Villagers said the daughter was first spotted walking on the grave of the deceased Alloys Mogoi around 11pm on Friday.
Shortly after, her mother followed suit and began dancing a top the grave.
This drew the attention of the villagers who suspected them to be witches.
The area Chief Charles Omwono said he was woken up by sounds of angry youth who were baying for the blood of the two.
Omwono said the suspects have since been taken to Etago Police station awaiting arraignment in court.
