As seen in the Bayelsa state of Nigeria, a mentally challenged or a mad man and woman were seen sitting by the road side as they engage themselves in a public display of affection.
The lovebirds were seen k¡ss¡ng each other as people stood to watch them.
According to the Facebook user, Imalah Ugoachanum, who shared the photos two mentally challenged couple couldn’t hold back what they feel for each other.
This caused a stir in Bayelsa when they publicly started showing affection to each other.
