Popular Luo Ohangla musician Maureen Atieno, famously known as Lady Maureen is stranded with no place to go to after being discharged from Hospital.
Lady Maureen who has been receiving treatment at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital was discharged on Monday but has no place to go to after her mother rejected her.
Reports indicate that Lady Maureen who has been ailing for quite some time now, fell out with her mother who has since refused to take her in as she continues to recuperate.
It is not clear why the two do not see eye to eye but a good samaritan Ms Nancy Achieng has been taking care of Lady Maureen at the hospital says that she is better now but cannot move without support.
Lady Maureen was diagnosed with high blood pressure and has been ailing for two years now.
Singer Akothee and other well wishers came to Lady Maureen’s support and transferred her from a hospital in Kisumu where she was first admitted to Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kisumu.
