Kennedy Agyapong, the Assin Central member of parliament, has a message for Captain Smart.
He says he should stop making inappropriate comments on social media and come pay him the Ghc 10,000 and the air conditioners he stole three years earlier.
Captain Smart, according to Kennedy Agyapong, was ironic in sitting on air and talking about people not paying back loans they take from others despite making commitments.
He claims he can’t say that and preach about keeping promises because he hasn’t paid back a loan he took from him three years ago.
Ken says Captain Smart committed a blunder by simply saying people should pay up a loan they take so they can be given again.
