It has not been much longer that controversial Ghanaian member of parliament for Assin central, Kennedy Agyapong disclosed that he contracted the novel coronavirus.
He explained why he kept if from Ghanaians.
In an interview with Asempa FM, an Accra-based Twi-speaking radio station, the Assin Central MP said he was wise enough to have a premonition of what Bishop Obinim will have said or done.
“If it had come out that I am Covid-19 positive, the likes of Obinim would have said that they prophesied it. I want to prove to everybody that you can fall sick and recover without going to any pastor.”
The maverick politician also in the course of the interview disclosed the whopping amount of money he paid as hospital bills when he contracted the coronavirus.
On the amount of cash he spent when got down, Ken said he blew Ghc200K on the Doctor recommended to him by lawyer Afenyo Markin.
