It has not been much longer that CEO of Kantanka Automobile Company, Safo Kantanka Jr announced that the company had commenced the production of small vehicles (Uber-like vehicles).
This news was met with a lot of excitement from Ghanaians as the company was previously noted for the manufacture of luxurious vehicles that could be hardly purchased by average Ghanaians.
However with the commencement of the assembling of Volkswagen vehicles in Ghana, they have also decided to produce smaller vehicles in order to be able to compete in the market.
Kwadwo Safo Junior, the CEO of the Kantanka Group of Companies, has released videos showing how its new brand of Uber-like cars are being made at the factory.
In the first footage, the workers are seen manually fixing different parts of the car doors while the car is very much in its ‘skeletal’ stage.
In the second video, the car is already beginning to look great and the staff who were dressed in red are seen making some connections on the dashboard.
