The Ghana National Service Scheme through its Certificate Delivery Portal, is sending out personnel’s hard copy certificates to their doorsteps.
The “contactless certification program,” according to an email sent to various personnel is in line with the operational policy on COVID-19.
The program is to enable National Service Personnel (NSPs) to receive their certificates at their preferred addresses while a soft copy will also be sent via their email addresses.
NSPs are required to log on to the Certificate Delivery Portal with their NSS numbers and provide some vital information including their preferred addresses.
Information required to register for the NSS Certification Program
- NSS number
- Digital address
- Closest landmark
- Area/Neighbourhood
- State/Region
Personnel are cautioned that charges may apply however, the site does not state how much as the “Payment Method” section of the forms automatically skips the the “Finish” section.
When done correctly, the personnel will be greeted with a notice that their certificate is in queue and are are required to check back frequently to complete the process.
