Upcoming Ghanaian songstress, Gyakie has been the first African woman to collaborate with the music streaming site Spotify.

Her collaboration with a leading audio listening network, such as Spotify, resulted in her being featured on a billboard in New York’s Times Square.

Gyakie took to social media to share the exciting news and express her gratitude to Spotify.

She considers herself extremely honored to be the first African woman to collaborate with Spotify.

She shared shared video and wrote;

“I am deeply honoured to be the first African woman to be partner with @Spotify for Equal. This is huge for so many women across the continent and the entire globe…”
