The intensity and passion that Black Sherif puts into his art are undeniable, but it appears that regardless of how amazing his music has grown, Ghanaians are beginning to react differently to it.

For many, Black Sherif is overly enthusiastic about what he does, as seen by the amount of energy he emits whenever he gets onto a beat.

The positive response to his first Sermon tune has not been the same after he uploaded a freestyle of his following track, entitled “2nd Sermon.”

The extreme volume of his voice and the manner he was so anxious to get his point through are two things that stand out about the freestyle.

This is how Ghanaians have turned the freestyle on its head by mocking Black Sherif for displaying too much energy, which might be a result of overwhelming hunger combined with a strong determination to reach the top.
