Three individuals who travelled from Kenya to neighboring Rwanda are among 17 new cases of confirmed coronavirus cases in the country.
In a statement to its citizens, the Rwandan Ministry of Health said that the trio was among the 17 cases the country confirmed on Monday, March 23rd.
Of the 17, nine travelled into the country from Dubai, two from the US, 1 from Qatar and 1 from India.
Another person who had come into contact with an infected traveller had been identified through tracing.
Following the confirmation, Rwanda now has 36 confirmed Coronavirus cases.
