Citizens Of Ghana, Nigeria, Others Not Permitted Entry Into Europe Starting On July 1

Starting tomorrow citizens of Ghana, Nigeria and other countries not found on the European Union’s list will not be allowed entry into its member states.

The list contains 54 countries whose citizens would be allowed into Europe.

According to Schengen Visa Info, The European Union has narrowed down the list of third-countries considered as “safe”, the citizens of which will be eligible to enter the Schengen Area, once the borders are reopened for non-essential travel.

Nationals of the following countries were listed in the draft list published on Saturday:

  7. Bhutan
  8. Bosnia and Herzegovina
  9. Canada
  10. China
  11. Costa Rica
  12. Cuba

  15. Egypt
  16. Ethiopia
  17. Georgia
  18. Guyana
  19. India
  20. Indonesia
  21. Jamaica
  22. Japan
  23. Kazakhstan
  24. Kosovo
  25. Lebanon
  26. Mauritius
