Yesterday, it was revealed that Ghanaian broadcast journalist and Angel FM morning show host, Captain Smart had been suspended for making remarks against the President, Vice President, IGP, and Allan Kyeremanteng.
According to sources, some high-ranking government officials put pressure on Dr. Kwaku Oteng to remove the media figure from the air.
In an interview with “Good Evening Ghana,” Captain Smart revealed that Dr. Kwaku Oteng called him and asked him to go off the air for a few minutes because some people from GRA are threatening him and others in government to take Captain off the air.
He said that his boss insisted that the people threatening him said Captain speaks too much, and that he pointed to the President, his Vice, the IGP, and Allan Kyeremanteng as fools.
