Anytime there is a heavy downpour in Ghana, no other place than the capital city, Accra comes to mind.
The city has been victim to recurring floods since time immemorial and it seems successive governments have done very little to put a stop to it.
Heavy rainfall hit several parts of the Greater Accra Region on the morning of Saturday, October 10, 2020.
Fololwing this development, it is reported that the Accra-Kasoa road that was fully submerged by the heavy rainfall.
Video footages of the flood has since been circulating on soial media.
