In a world where fashion is king, the use of make up by women has become a norm as you would hardly see a woman in town without wearing makeup.
However, the use of makeup by women has sparked a lot of debates from different schools of thought.
One faction believes that putting on makeup is nothing but just fashion whereas another school of thought considers makeup as evil.
Veteran Ghanaian Gospel trio, Daughters of Glorious Jesus have also opined on the subject of makeup.
During an interview session with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom plus 101.9 FM in response to a comment made by Evangelist Papa Shee Christian women applying makeup said it is good to do make-up but overdoing it is bad.
”You know what the Bible said you can eat more but too much of it is a sin, so therefore applying too much of makeup is actually bad, sometimes you meet a lady with too much makeups and she looks like Jezebel in the bible, then again you might have pimples on your face and since you can’t just take it out you need to do makeup a little to cover it up so that you look good….Papa Shee might be right over what he said but he should not be arguing with the word of God.They said.
