Veteran Ghanaian actor, Waakye has made a jaw dropping revelation on how he was treated when he was sick.
Speaking to Joy News,Waakye provided a sad account of how he was totally ignored when his fiancee tried to raise funds for him when he was bedridden.
He said he didn’t solicit funds but his fiancee did so on his behalf. However, he was surprised that no one gave him a dime.
In his own words, he said:
“If people are putting mobile money accounts out for me, fine, but I have not received a dime from anybody … so everyone must know that if anyone is receiving money on my behalf, then they are keeping it”.
