Nana Aba Anamoah, General Manager of GHOne TV, has slammed those who are expecting her protege, Joyce Serwaa Amihere, to answer current rumors about her. Serwaa, a GHOne TV personality, trended on social media over the weekend when a Snapchat account called Bombsheli made many claims against her.
The Snapchat account, which has since been deactivated, claimed Serwaa had several relationships with important men in Ghana, including John Boadu and other NPP leaders.
The Snapchat account promised to share bedroom recordings to back up the accusations, but instead posted a screenshot that was subsequently discovered to have been stolen off the internet.
Many people anticipated Serwaa to respond/deny the claims, but she has disregarded everything and just provided mild answers. On Monday, Serwaa went live on Instagram, and many people who believed the award-winning broadcaster would address the concerns flocked to her page to watch.
She did not, however, properly address the problem, instead expressing her amazement at the amount of people that watched her live broadcast.
Nana Aba, who was sat close, was overheard chastising the gossipmongers after learning that hundreds were viewing Serwaa’s video. Nana Aba called the rumors about Srwaa “stupid, nasty, unimportant rubbish,” and called those who believed them “useless individuals.” They had better things to do with their time than confront the rumors, in her opinion.
“Over a thousand people are watching Serwaa’s Instagram. What? They think Serwaa is going to respond to the stupid, trashy, irrelevant nonsense out there that is occupying the thoughts of useless people? No. We have better things to do with our time.”
