Popular global digital charting and award scheme platform Billboard has released a list of most-watched artistes in 13 African countries including, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Ivory Coast etc.
Ghanaian dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah aka. Shatta Wale was ranked #1 over Sarkodie #2, Stonebwoy #3, Diana Hamilton #4, and Kofi Kinaata #5 respectively.
According to the billboard, their ranking was based on YouTube figures for Homegrown talents across Africa.
