Sarkodie has recently been the talk of the town after being scammed together with a host of other celebrities by one Dr. Fordjour to receive an award from UN.
The award dubbed “The 7TH Global Leadership Service To Humanity” Award was given out in celebration of the celebrities’ service to humanity. However, it was later found out that the award had no credibility.
Sarkodie was heavily trolled for falling for such a scam. In a later tweet, Sarkodie wrote “By their suits, we shall know them” which was a direct jab to Dr. Fordjour.
In a recent development, Sarkodie has released a latest song titled ‘Gimme Way’. A critical analysis of the lyrics clearly suggest that Sarkodie still hasn’t gotten over the scam.
In “Gimme Way”, he addressed the issue, saying he regrets spending his time with Dr UN instead of his wife Tracy Addo.
He described the accolade he received as ‘empty bottle’ and further threatened to beat him up when they cross path (it was a joke).
