Ghanaian actress Salma Mumin has quickly apologized to MTN for accusing them of withdrawing money from her account without prior notification.
The actress accused the telecommunication giants in an Instagram post dated October 22, 2020, where she indicated that MTN workers had connived to steal her Ghc 10,000 from her MoMo account without her approval.
She even threatened to take legal action against MTN.
In response, MTN also issued a statement denying the allegations made by the actress indicating that they were not aware of any unapproved transaction on her account.
They further went ahead to warn the actress to issue an apology to them in 24 hours or face the legal consequences.
