Nigerian singer, Runtown real name Douglas Jack Agu has revealed that he wrote and co-produced Davido’s Song ‘Aye’ which was released in 2014.
Runtown has confirmed the rumours making rounds since the year of release that he was the one that wrote the hit song. He made this confirmation during a question and answer session with his fans on Wednesday, December 30.
He replied a follower;
“I wrote it. And also co-produced it. Nothing wrong in using song writers if you write song for me and I like am I go sing am.”
This revelations has sparked reactions from thousands of Twitter users. Many of them have said that there’s nothing wrong with hiring a songwriter while others have taken it as an opportunity to throw insults at Davido.
