Pascal Tokodi Won The Best Supporting Actor At The 2020 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards

2020 has been a rough year for so many people and nations but for one Kenyan actor who debuted in 2012, he has just achieved one of his biggest dreams.

Pascalino Lpesinoi Lenguro better known as Pascal Tokodi on Saturday, March 14 won the best supporting actor for his role in the movie Disconnect at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCAs), that went down at Eko Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria.

The celebrated actor cum singer beat other renowned actors who were nominated in the same category including; Ramsey Noah (Living in bondage), Richard Mofe Damoijo (Seven), Nkem Owoh (God calling) and Remilekun ‘Safaru’ (King of Boys).

The 26-year-old took to Instagram to share the good news with his friends and fans, thanking everyone for the support and for voting for him.

“It’s coming home #bestsupportingactor!” the Selina actor beamingly wrote. “Thank you all for your support!! Tuzidi mbele!!!!”

He shared his excitement with a simple tweet:

Another win for Kenya came when The Plan B crew together with Sarah Hassan and Cate Actress clinched the Best Movie in East Africa.
