Massive Crowd Turns Up At King Promise’s First Headline Show In Nigeria

The musical barrier that blocked Ghanaian acts from reaching Nigeria and making as much impact as they do in our country has been broken and many Ghanaians are taking advantage of that.

First to break that barrier was young Black Sherif with his ‘Kwaku The Traveller‘ song and many others are following.

Highlife and Afrobeat singer King Promise packed his bag and baggage from Ghana and flew to Nigeria to headline his own concert and the turn up was massive.

The ‘Chop Life’ singer had a successful show, videos, and photos shared on social media prove this. King Promise was seen singing his hit songs and his fans in Nigeria joined him singing word for word.

As gospel musician Sonnie Badu said, Black Sherif has opened the door and showed that Ghana can also dominate in Nigeria and it is only right for other musicians to take advantage of it.
