The death of Ghana’s former president, Jerry John Rawlings, sparked a storm of controversy, particularly during his funeral. Abigail Rawlings Mawutor, a 52-year-old woman, claims to be the first daughter of the former head of state.
She disclosed in an interview that she had to conceal her identity for fear of being discovered, and that she was advised by former TV host and legendary actress Grace Omaboe, better known as Maame Dokono.
According to her, Maame Dokono gave her money to leave the country in 2003 for the fear of being eliminated. “Maame Dokono knows about this. In 2003, I paid her a visit and told her about my story but she told me if I dont keep Quite about it I may die. So she gave me money and I left the country” Abigail reveals
Maame Dokono has finally responded to Abigail’s accusation that she gave her money to flee, revealing in an interview that she has never met this alleged daughter of the late President.
