The most anticipated Vodafone Ghana Music Awards has finally ended. The event which was supposed to be organized in April had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event which is normally organized in one day was organized in 2 days this time around. The two day event saw stellar performances from artistes such as Kelvynboy, Kofi Mole, Adina , King Promise, Darkovibes, Dopenation, Kidi, Efya and others.
The biggest award of the event, Artsite of the year was intentionally left for the final day of the event. The most coveted ward was being competed by the likes of Sarkodie, Kofi Kinaata, Medikal, Diana Hamilton and Kuami Eugene.
Before the award, either Sarkodie and Kofi Kinaata were tipped to bag home the ‘Artiste of the year’ award. However, to everyone’s surprise, it was Kuami Eugene who grabbed the most coveted award of the night.
