Current VGMA Artiste of the Year winner, Kuami Eugene has expressed his disappointment in Ghanaians who always criticize any music he puts out there.
The ‘Angela’ hitmaker thinks it is finally the appropriate time for him to address his haters who secretly enjoy his music inwardly but blast him on the outside.
In a live Facebook session, Kuami Eugene said anyone who hates his latest hit song “Open Gate,” but dance to it anytime it’s played is clearly under a curse.
Kwami Eugene has been a subject of criticisms and ridicule for every step he takes as some music fans believe he is not worth the hype considering various scandals regarding his sampling of the songs of other artistes.
On the back of that, he has come under severe criticisms for winning the the ‘Artiste Of The Year” award at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. Many of his critics still do not understand how an artiste with a song that has a line as “wele-sɛbɛ-kontomire’ could win an award.
