Gospel Singer Kambua Announces Exit From Citizen TV After A 12-Year Stint

Gospel artist and TV host Kambua has quit her role on Gospel Sunday on Citizen TV after a 12-year spell. The TV host shared the news during her final episode on breakfast TV show Rauka, thanking everyone who was part of her success.

The artiste thanked the Rauka audience for loving her, encouraging her and allowing her to speak into their lives.

She also thanked those at Royal Media Services who were part of her journey, including the chairman S.K Macharia, managing director Wachira Waruru, her producers and those who also directed the show.

“I cannot fail to thank my family who have supported me, my husband Jackson, my son Nathaniel, who has allowed me to be away every Sunday morning thank you. My parents from both sides thank you, my siblings, my friends, I love you so much,” she said.

The Tv host was moved to tears when the Bambika team that includes Timeless Noel,DJ Gee Gee and Laura Karwirwa presented her with farewell gifts, including a cake, painting and flowers. They also shared lovely messages as they thanked the singer for helping them with their journeys.

As they went back memory lane by sharing a video of Kambua’s times over the years, she became teary, showing how amazing her time was on the show.
